Depending on number of kids in each age group, we may need to combine some of the age groups. For example, we may have to do 8,9,10 together, and then 11,12,13 together and 14,15 together, or 8,9 together and then 10,11,12, and 13,14,15 together. This all depends on number of kids in age groups. We will evaluate what to do at end of sign ups, so it is impotant that you sign up on time. If your player also plays school ball, you will need to let us know on your sign up form. This is so we do not put more than 1 or 2 school ball players on each team. That way if you miss a SDKC ball game there will still be enough players to play the game. If we do not have enough for the older age groups, we will reach out to let you know and issue you a refund. We play regulation basketball on 10’ goals with four 6:00 minute quarters. Evaluations will begin at the end of November/first of December with practices following a few days after all evaluations are done. Practices will be held at different churches and schools in the Soddy Daisy area. Practices will vary each week based on availability of local facilities. First games will be the first Saturday after the new year and the end of season tournament will wrap up around the first of March (before Hamilton County Spring Break).
